1. Digital Products

All digital products, including backing tracks, Logic Pro X patches, music pads, remixes, and downloadable sounds, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once access has been granted.


2. Online Courses & Memberships

If you purchase a membership, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed after verification and approval by our support team.

The courses content will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Payment & Refund Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


4. Cancellations

You may cancel upcoming purchases or subscriptions before the billing cycle starts by contacting our support team.

Partial refunds for subscriptions already started may not be provided.


5. Exceptions

Requests for refunds due to technical issues (e.g., file corruption, download problems) will be assessed case by case.

We may provide replacement files or alternative solutions instead of a refund.
